For deliveries within Australia and to New Zealand, we offer the following flat rates:

Australia - AUD $15.00
New Zealand - AUD $20.00

Shipping Times

Once the order is received, our team will work to dispatch your order from our warehouse within 24-48 hours.

You will receive an email with a tracking number relevant to the nominated courier service upon dispatch. For deliveries within Australia and New Zealand, you should receive your order within 7-10 days.

The timeline of delivery to international addresses is dependent on the delivery location and selected courier service.

Please be patient with us!

(1) If the item is currently out of stock or available for pre-order, you can either register your interest to be notified when the item becomes available or place an order on our website, and the stock will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis upon arrival at our warehouse.

(2) While it is not common, delays in deliveries can occur during promotional events, public holidays or externalities such as a local or global crisis, natural disaster, or industry action.

(3) We are not responsible for delayed deliveries as we rely on other third parties to successfully deliver within their recommended time frames, however we will do the best we can to ensure that your order is fulfilled in a timely manner.

Lost or Damaged Goods

We offer optional flat-rate shipping insurance which covers loss, damage, or theft up to the value of $500. You are able to select insurance during checkout for a flat rate of $5 per order. For high-value orders, we strongly recommend that you consider the insurance option to mitigate any potential risk to the package during transit.

If insurance is not selected and the package(s) is lost, damaged or stolen in transit, we are unable to assist with the replacement or repair of goods. By not selecting optional insurance cover during checkout, you agree that you assume all risk for your package(s) and we are not liable to you for any loss/or damage to the product.

How to File a Claim

Upon closure of the dispute directly with the nominated courier service, you can make any claims for loss, damage, or theft of your package(s) must be made directly with us by contacting us at hello@weebell.com.au or hello@weebell.co.nz.

To assist us in expediting the process, please ensure any reference numbers relating to the correspondence with the courier company must be attached to the claim.

Warranty and Returns

We pride ourselves on stringent quality control protocols. If there is a problem or mistake with your purchase and you are unsatisfied with your product, please see the warranty information below. The warranty is extended to the original owner of the product only, and proof of purchase must be supplied. This excludes international orders.

Warranty

Each of our products comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the initial purchase date.

The warranty includes items such as repairs or replacements of defective parts, free technical support and assistance with setup and installation, or refunds in the event of product failure or malfunction.

Due to the nature of our products and their intended use, we cannot offer a refund for Change of Mind once the package has been opened.

Exclusions and Limitations

There are some exclusions and limitations to the coverage provided by the manufacturer’s warranty. These include:

  • Damage to the product caused by normal wear and tear,

  • Damage to the product caused by improper use or maintenance

  • Damage to the product caused by accidents or negligence

  • Damage to the product caused by environmental factors such as natural disasters, fires, or floods, and

  • Issues related to compatibility with other products or software.

Before the use of our products, please ensure that you carefully read the user manual enclosed in the box.

Returns

Returned products must be unused, as new and in the original packaging. The break seal must be fully intact without any signs of tampering.

Please do not post items back without prior return approval. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase. A return address will be provided to you upon request.

Please choose carefully and contact us with any queries before your purchase, as we do not accept returns where you have changed your mind about a product, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you do not like the purchase or have no use for it.

The following conditions apply to returns:

  • Please contact support with your return within 7 days of receipt of your order being delivered via the returns form stating if you have received a manufacturing fault or order error. Please wait for return approval before sending it back, as we cannot accept items without a return authorisation. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please send us your tracking number and inform us of the date of lodgement so we can anticipate your return and process as soon as it is received in the warehouse.

  • In the event we have made an error, or the product is defective, we will cover all shipping costs where applicable. 

  • Refunds will be made payable to the original payment method used on the order.

  • Gift cards or clearance items are not eligible for returns.

Exclusive Rights

Weebell Australia / New Zealand has the exclusive right to determine whether a product is eligible for coverage under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty and to limit or deny coverage at its discretion.

All decisions made by Weebell Australia / New Zealand are final and cannot be appealed.
